The Keystone Talent Bridge™ is a workforce program for individuals with disabilities who want meaningful employment and room to grow. We partner with mission-aligned employers across Pennsylvania to create real job opportunities, not token placements. Training happens inside active businesses so participants learn real skills at a real pace.The program provides:

Our 2026 goals

By 2026 we aim to:- Operate one cohort each quarter.- Place 75 percent of participants into competitive employment- Expand partnerships with regional employers in manufacturing, hospitality, retail, fulfillment, and service industries- Provide an employer-ready playbook for building sustainable, disability-inclusive workplaces- Create a replicable model employers can scale across locations
