What this builds
Keystone Talent Bridge isn’t only preparing individuals for work. It’s working to change how inclusive employment happens in this community.
Our impact
Our first cohorts are underway. We’re tracking placement rate, wage at placement, and job retention at 90 days and one year, and we’ll publish results as they’re confirmed.

Participant story
Brianna
Brianna joined Butler Coffee Lab in early 2025 as part of our inclusive workforce program. From day one she brought curiosity, heart, and a willingness to grow.
In December 2025 she was promoted to Trainer, where she now supports both her peers and the production process, offering the same encouragement she was given.

What growth looked like
Brianna’s progress has been steady rather than sudden.
- Mastered core production tasks and showed real consistency in her role
- Stepped into small leadership moments, often helping team members feel welcome and supported
- Showed growing independence and pride in her work
- Became a reliable presence on the production floor, someone her peers naturally look to for guidance
Why this promotion matters
It reflects Brianna’s own work and the environment our staff and participants build together. Growth here is not a competition. It is every employee discovering their strengths, building real workplace skills, and taking the next step when they are ready. Brianna moving into a trainer role shows what happens when people are given the space, the support, and expectations worth rising to.
What’s next
As a trainer, Brianna will help onboard new employees, set the pace on the production line, and keep building the skills that move her toward long-term employment. We are proud of her, and grateful for the example she sets.
The outcomes we’re built to produce
Transition into employment
Movement into competitive, real-world jobs.
Independence and confidence
Growth that shows up outside work as well as in it.
Transferable job skills
Skills that hold value with any employer.
Retention and stability
Jobs that last past the first few months.
Employer connections
Stronger links between employers and an inclusive workforce.
A replicable model
Something other employers and regions can adopt.
Goals, not results
Where we’re headed
- Operate one cohort each quarter
- Place 75 percent of participants into competitive employment
- Expand partnerships with regional employers in manufacturing, hospitality, retail, fulfillment, and service industries
- Publish an employer-ready playbook for building sustainable, disability-inclusive workplaces
- Create a replicable model employers can scale across locations
What we believe
- People should have access to real, paid work experience.
- Individuals with disabilities are employees and job candidates, not charity recipients.
- Support and workplace accountability can exist together.
- Employment preparation should reflect what employers actually need.
- Employers should help build the solution.
- Success is measured by meaningful progress and movement toward long-term employment.
The longer view
The goal is a stronger regional system connecting individuals with disabilities, employers, schools, workforce organizations, referral partners, families, and community leaders.
Growth may include additional cohorts, regional employment hubs, employer education, advisory councils, and stronger pathways into competitive employment.
